About This Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a leading manufacturing firm in Strongsville, Ohio to find an experienced, hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Leadership: Directly manage employee assignments, optimize personnel placement across departments, and foster a productive, safe shift culture.
• Production & Quality Control: Oversee all machinery operation and product output to ensure daily manufacturing targets and quality benchmarks are hit.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Apply strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose machinery issues with operators; step in to run equipment or assist with setups when necessary to minimize downtime.
• Plant Safety & Operations: Consistently enforce employee handbook policies and maintain high safety standards.
• Facilities Management: Report daily maintenance issues to the Plant Manager and take responsibility for securing the facility (locking up and arming the alarm system) at shift conclusion.
• Material Handling: Safely operate a tow motor/forklift to transport parts and materials across the floor as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in light industry, manufacturing, or the machine tool industry ( 7+ years highly preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Proven mechanical capability with the ability to troubleshoot industrial machinery. Tow motor/forklift operation experience is required.
• Leadership Style: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and direct a diverse production team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills under pressure, with the ability to multitask and determine when internal vs. external maintenance solutions are required.
• Documentation: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company safety, operational, and production documents.
