Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a leading Cleveland-area manufacturing firm to hire an Entry-Level / Junior Hydromat Machine Operator.
This is a premier "Earn While You Learn " career opportunity. The company will provide comprehensive, fully paid, on-site technical training. You will master the operations of high-end Hydromat rotary and inline transfer machines, gain foundational machining skills, and build a long-term, stable career in precision production.
Shift: 1st Shift / Day Shift (Schedule options may include 8, 10, or 12-hour days; Monday–Friday with weekend overtime availability)

Responsibilities

• Safely set up, start, and monitor Hydromat rotary and inline machining centers.
• Learn to safely interchange and replace cutting tools, inserts, and drills within the machinery.
• Monitor and maintain vital fluid, oil, and coolant levels; clean machinery before and after production runs.
• Safely operate overhead cranes to load raw materials and support machine setup.
• Follow Quality Management System (QMS/ISO) standards to conduct routine part inspections using basic measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation while strictly adhering to company guidelines and OSHA safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or formal Vocational Machinist/Technical Training.
• Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude. (If you enjoy working on cars, building things, or DIY projects, you will thrive in this role!)
• Ability to follow detailed, step-by-step technical procedures and handle basic troubleshooting.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
