Architectural Manager - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 26-00080

Salary Range: $80K - $105K Permanent Position with Benefits

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 and up to $5,000 for Relocation Expenses

Columbus, Ohio area Architectural Firm is looking for an Architectural Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day communication between client and internal staff members to ensure that the needs or concerns of the client are addressed during all phases of the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture / Architectural Design
• Preferred Candidates would be Registered Architects, however, NO Registration is required for this position
• Minimum of (10) years of hands-on commercial construction experience
• Proficient with AutoCAD and / or Revit drafting and having experience / knowledge of Building Codes
• Previous experience with architectural detailing, millwork detailing and construction documents
• Foundational knowledge of MEP systems and having the ability to coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants
• Capable of proposal preparation and handling negotiations
• Directing Project Managers while maintaining overall project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with the accounting department to complete client billings per the contract
• Conduct physical inspections and oversee quality audits
• Train, mentor and promote the professional development of architects, designers and project managers
