Architectural Project Manager - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 26-00081

Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus and Up to $5,000 for Relocation Expenses

Columbus, Ohio area Architectural Firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager who has experience managing the work of Mid and Entry Level Architects and Architectural Designer Drafters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Architecture Preferred
• Minimum of (2) years of experience working as an Architectural Project Manager
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit software to create drawings
• Knowledge of architectural detailing, millwork detailing and construction documents for Commercial Projects
• Familiar with Building Codes and MEP systems
• Experience coordinating with Structural and MEP consultants
• Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
