Automated Weld Technician - Akron, Ohio - JOB 26-00227

Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

Akron, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an Automated Weld Technician to set-up, program and adjust robotic welding systems as well as perform miscellaneous brazing and general welding when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
• Must be familiar with robotic welding operations
• Interpret blueprints / drawings for proper welding codes and specifications
• Set-up, program and adjust robotic welding systems
• Estimates weld machine time for customer quotes and schedule jobs to be performed on weld equipment
• Perform miscellaneous manual brazing and general welding when needed
• 1st shift 7am-3pm

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
