Construction Project Coordinator - Canton, Ohio - JOB 25-01668

Salary Range: $55k - $65k Permanent Position with Benefits

Schedule: 4 day work week 10 hour days

Canton, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support the project management team. The main duty of the Project Coordinator is to interact with the project support staff and subcontractors to ensure everything arrives at the project site at the appropriate time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering and / or Environmental Science or equivalent working experience
• Experience in environmental or construction project coordination
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes, interpreting blueprints and site plans.
• Familiar with construction documentation and project management software to include: Procore, CAD, and Construction CRM Software.
• Coordinate on-site logistics
• Monitor field activities to ensure adherence to schedule, scope, specifications, and environmental best practices.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the schedule, budget, or compliance.
• Confirm the accuracy of documentation, daily field reports, permits, change orders, material logs and sub-contractor RFI's.
