Controller - Canton, Ohio - JOB 25-01603

Salary Range: Commensurate - Permanent Position with Benefits

Canton, Ohio area Electrical Company seeks an experienced Controller who will be responsible for daily accounting and financial functions.

Requirements:

• BBA in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred with 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Proficient in financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and improve close and reporting processes.
• Oversee AP/AR teams, support audits, and handle ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
• Perform analytical reviews and manage, train, and support accounting staff.
