General Manager - Mentor, Ohio - JOB 26-00223

Salary Range: $110K - $140K Permanent Position with Benefits

Mentor, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced General Manager for its Steel Fabrication plant. 10 years' experience in steel fabricating or steel construction, with at least 5 years' experience in a direct fabrication and/or construction supervisory role is needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Business (MBA is a preferred)
• Oversee business operations - engineering, production and field projects
• Approve all hiring, manage staff development, performance, and salary reviews
• Review project budget proposals, plans, schedule, change orders, & risk assessment
• Monitor all project teams and manage operational costs
• Provide monthly report on key performance indicator s to enable the team to make smart business decisions
• Analyze all accounting and financial data, consult on cost-efficiency, value engineering, capacity restrictions, etc.
• Research and identify business growth opportunities
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, engineers, and staff
