Mechanical HVAC AutoCAD & Revit Designer - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01641

Salary Range: $60K - $80K Permanent Position with Benefits.

Cleveland, OH area architectural and engineering firm specializing in retail is seeking to hire an experienced Mechanical Designer who is proficient with AutoCAD & Revit.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
• 3+ years' experience doing HVAC & Plumbing design detailing for facilities
• Proficient with AutoCAD & Revit
• Perform system design layout and assist with sizing for assigned projects
• Prepare construction documents & specifications for distribution systems and plumbing systems (water, gas, sanitary)
• MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experienced

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
