Production Supervisor - Akron, OH - Job 26-00241

Salary Range: $50K - $70K Permanent Position with Benefits

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is assisting this Akron, Ohio area manufacturer who is looking to hire an experienced Production Supervisor to increase our production through efficiency and safety awareness procedures and policies. As the Production Supervisor , you are the bridge between strategy and execution. You will direct the workforce, oversee complex automation systems, and ensure our customers get exactly what they need

Key Responsibilities

• High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
• Metals industry (stamping and welding) background is a plus
• Team Leadership: Manage and direct all production employees, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain the plant in peak condition, ensuring all departments run at maximum efficiency.
• Strategic Coordination: Work closely with the Scheduling Department to prioritize workflows and meet customer deadlines.
• Supply Chain & Maintenance: Partner with Purchasing to secure parts and collaborate with Outside Vendors on repairs and innovative new projects.
• Quality Assurance: Rigorously monitor production quality to ensure every part meets our high standards.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Leadership Mastery: Proven ability to manage a diverse workforce while maintaining self-control and clarity under pressure.
• Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment, including PLC controls and automation systems .
• Operational Savvy: Experience in inventory control and general computer proficiency.
• Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who identifies bottlenecks before they happen and takes initiative on the floor.
