Project Manager / Estimator - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 25-01618

Salary Range: $60K - $80K +Bonuses ($105K total) Permanent Position with Benefits

Cleveland, Ohio Construction Company is seeking to hire an Estimator/Project Manager on to their growing team.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate Degree or trade school preferred
• 2+ years of CAD detailing experience preferred
• Familiar with electrical systems and codes (NEC, UL, CSA, NFPA)
• Proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD; Inventor experience a plus
• Skilled in project design, BOMs, and structural detailing
• Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to review drawings/specs and ensure code compliance with engineering

Responsibilities:

• Manage project bids, proposals, and full-cycle execution.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Drive account growth and new business.
• Maintain sales and client records.

Experience:

• Working knowledge of OSHA standards (1926.451), scaffolding, swing stage, and mast climber components.
• Experience in the construction field.
• Preferred: 3 years in project management, 1 year in commercial construction, and 1 year in construction estimating.

Mathematical Skills:
* Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
* Ability to perform basic geometry calculations (volume, area, dimensions).

Physical Ability:

• Physically capable of lifting up to 125 lbs, climbing, and prolonged physical activity.
• Experienced with machinery, power tools, and heavy equipment.
• Able to work in diverse, hazardous environments.
• Flexible with shifts, overtime, and overnight travel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively under time pressure.

Computer Skills:
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
