    Senior Interior Designer - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01575

    Salary Range: $90K - $100K Permanent Position with Benefits.

    An architecture and interior design firm specializing in classical high-end custom multi- million-dollar homes is seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Senior Interior Designer. Work will be hybrid remote and in person at our office (in the office 2 days a week) located near Cleveland with travel to job sites and vendors. The Senior Interior Designer will work closely with the Director of Interior Design.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in Interior Design (FIDER-accredited 4-year program or equivalent experience).
    • NCIDQ Certified – Or willing to become NCIDQ Certified.
    • 8–10 years of professional experience in high-end residential design.
    • This positon requires a strong visual, verbal and presentation communication skills.
    • Able to create and review detailed design drawings, schedules, and specifications.
    • Must have a strong understanding of architectural detailing, millwork, and construction documentation.
    • Knowledge of luxury vendors, furnishings, finishes, and historical styles.
    • Able to lead site coordination and managing client relationships.
    • Mentor junior level design staff.
    • Proficient with AutoCAD LT, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud & Bluebeam software.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design and present concepts, materials, and final presentations to the Director of Interior Design and, when necessary, directly to clients.
    • Manage project timelines, benchmarks, and deliverables to meet the firm's standards of excellence.
    • Specify and source FF&E, appliances, lighting, hardware, finishes, and accessories; maintain accurate specifications and schedules.
    • Design and oversee custom millwork and furniture pieces.
    • Produce visual presentations, drawings, 2D/3D renderings, and layout plans.
    • Collaborate with architects to develop interior construction drawings and details.
    • Attend site visits, vendor meetings, and weekly contractor coordination calls.
    • Lead or assist in FF&E installations and punch list reviews.

    Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
