Slitting Machine Operator - Solon, Ohio - JOB 25-01625

Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

Solon, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire a slitting machine operator for day shift

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate
• Help operate and run machine that slits product to customer specifications
• Tow motor / Fork lift experience
• Inspect, calibrate, and check operator setup of machinery
• Load materials onto machine and adjust machine
• Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50-100 pounds. (Over 50 lbs. with an assist).
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Alert / attentive to observe machine operations and gauges to detect defective material / machine malfunctions then stop and start machine as needed
• Day shift 7:00am – 3:30pm, $1000 Sign on bonus

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
