Sr. Geotechnical / Structural Engineer - Wadsworth, OH - Job 25-01488

Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000 Permanent Position with Benefits

A geotechnical company located near Wadsworth is seeking to hire a Sr. Engineer who is familiar with structural and geotechnical projects.

You will be responsible for working with a team of engineers to develop complex underpinning, deep foundation, earth retention systems, slope stabilization, landslide repair, and ground improvement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering is preferred
• A minimum of 5 to 15 years of geotechnical and/or geostructural engineering experience, preferably in the design of ground improvement.
• A PE License OH is a plus
• Providing engineering support to the estimating department in bid preparation.
• Preparation of detailed design drawings for construction.
• Providing engineering support to the project managers during the construction process.
• Experience in geotechnical construction design-build projects is preferred.
• Experience in geotechnical seismic design is preferred.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD. Also skills with CT-Shoring, DeepEx, LPile, Settle 3D, Group, GeoStudio and Plaxis are a plus.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
