About the Opportunity

Integrity Technical services is aiding an industry-leading Architecture and Engineering (A/E) firm founded in 1976, is seeking an experienced Architectural Client/Project Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities

• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring project requirements are met.
• Project Oversight: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring adherence to clients high standards for quality and design.
• Technical Leadership: Utilize expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to oversee architectural design, millwork detailing, and construction documents.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Manage overall project budgets, schedules, fee negotiations, and monthly client billing.
• Consultant Coordination: Act as the primary interface for Structural and MEP consultants.
• Mentorship & Development: Train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for Design Associates and junior Project Managers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure expert-level compliance with current building codes and constructability standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail construction or light commercial projects.
• Education: Degree in Architecture (Professional licensure is a plus, but not required).
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential.
• Architectural Knowledge: Strong background in architectural detailing, millwork, and construction documentation.
• Codes & Systems: Intermediate knowledge of building codes and foundational understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
