About This Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a versatile Mechanical Engineer for a leading manufacturing firm in Hudson, Ohio to bridge the gap between 3D design and shop-floor manufacturing. You will lead machine design, automate systems, and manage ERP workflows.

Responsibilities:

• 3D Design & Documentation: Design complex mechanical models, assemblies, and part drawings (with shrinkage factors) in SolidWorks. Create BOMs, MOMs, and layouts.
• Automation & Tooling: Design End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) and robot cages; program/troubleshoot Wittmann robots.
• ERP & Project Tracking: Manage the Epicor Engineering Workbench, Part Master, and requisitions. Coordinate schedules and subcontract programmers.
• Quality & CNC Support: Utilize a Faro Arm for calibration and part inspection. Prove out, update, and post CNC programs. Maintain strict safety standards to minimize rework.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaison between Engineering, Sales, and Purchasing.

Requirements

• BSME or BSET degree.
• Strong SolidWorks 3D modeling and Epicor (or similar ERP) skills.
• Ability to translate technical instructions for production teams.
• Preferred: Experience with HyperMill, Moldflow, 3D printing, mold building, or plastics.
