About This Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is assisting a Bridgeport, West Virginia area Civil Engineering Firm that seeks to hire a Civil Project Manager who specializes in Land Development to lead projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Project & Design Leadership: Oversee the development of construction plans, permitting documents, grade line design, alignments, storm water management, and environmental controls.
- Engineering Calculations & Quality Control: Perform and review complex design calculations to ensure all submittals meet local, state, and client engineering standards.
- Cost Estimation & Construction Admin: Prepare detailed project cost estimates, support clients through the bidding process, and oversee construction administration.
- Field Coordination: Collaborate with field inspection personnel and evaluate daily reports to guarantee work adheres to design intent.
- Project Financials & Client Management: Direct end-to-end project execution, including client communications, project budgeting, and internal cross-functional team coordination.
- Staff Mentorship: Guide, train, and support the professional development of junior engineers and technical staff.
- Business Development: Engage in business development efforts, client meetings, proposal preparation, RFQ/RFP submissions, and strategic division planning.
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from an ABET- accredited institution (or related engineering degree with strong, direct experience).
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Land Development civil engineering design and project delivery preferred.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in land grading, drainage/storm water design, client management, and site layout planning.
