About This Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Setup Lead for a leading manufacturing client in the Twinsburg/Solon area. In this role, you will take jobs from blueprint through complete setup and production, troubleshoot machining issues, optimize programs, and mentor machine operators to ensure smooth production flow.

Responsibilities
* Machine Setup amp; Operation: Perform full setups, job changeovers, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments from blueprints to production.
* Programming and Optimization: Edit and modify CNC programs, optimize speeds and feeds, and streamline processes to reduce setup times.
* Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose issues related to tool wear, machine alarms, chatter, and dimensional defects; assist with basic machine maintenance.
* Quality Assurance: Inspect first-piece and in-process parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and precision gauges to ensure tight tolerances.
* Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor machine operators, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with Engineering to maintain continuous quality and uptime.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven track record as a CNC Setup Machinist, Lead Machinist, or CNC Lead.
* Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with CNC programming/editing, Haas mills and lathes, horizontal saws, and work holding selection.
* Problem Solving: Strong mechanical diagnostic skills to resolve tooling, dimensional, and machine issues independently.
* Leadership: Ability to train, support, and lead operators on the shop floor.
