About These Opportunities
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a premier manufacturing firm in the Mount Vernon, Ohio area to hire Machine Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts supporting production operations, minimizing equipment downtime, and optimizing overall machine efficiency in a clean, state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled PMs on machinery to ensure optimal performance and operational longevity.
• Breakdown Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, tear down, assemble, and install components across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Controls & Automation: Diagnose issues with ladder logic, numerical controls, and perform robot recovery and training support as required.
• Efficiency Improvements: Collaborate directly with Team Leaders and production staff to resolve machine downtime issues and drive process enhancements.

Production & Operations Support

• Daily Support: Assist production teams with planned and unplanned maintenance tasks to maintain smooth shift operations.
• New Model Integration: Support new product model implementation and equipment setup activities.
• Shift Handover & Communication: Maintain clear communication for shift pass-downs, equipment updates, and breakdown follow-ups.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in shift meetings, environmental improvement programs, and ongoing technical training.

Requirements

• Education: High School or GED, Technical/Vocational School training preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience utilizing team-based problem-solving techniques.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in reading technical schematics (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical including ball screws/spindles, and ladder logic).
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and rapid problem-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and standards.
• Software Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems (Plex or similar).
