Architectural Designer / Architect - Valley City, OH - JOB 26-00306

Pay Range: $25.00 - $45.00/HR

A Valley City, Ohio engineering firm is seeking to hire an experienced Architectural Designer / Architect with AutoCAD and Revit CAD proficiency to create and detail technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in design or architectural related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural design with expertise in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit CAD to create accurate blueprints, ensure compliance with building codes, coordinate with engineers / project management through detailed documentation, problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Organized with attention to detail, proficiency in CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to refine designs, resolve technical challenges , identify and address potential design conflicts and issues before they arise during construction
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Verify that designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
