About This Position
Integrity Technical Services is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer for a top engineering firm in the Bridgeport, West Virginia area who will lead high-impact aviation infrastructure projects—including taxiway rehabilitations, apron expansions, security enhancements, airfield access road, site/land development, grading, drainage, utilities,
and pavement design to design and shape regional airfield infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end design for civil aviation projects from initial concept through regulatory permitting and construction completion.
- Plan Preparation: Develop permit packages, zoning documentation, storm water management plans, SWPPPs, and Airport Layout Plans (ALPs).
- Prepare complete bid and construction packages, including detailed plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, municipalities, utility providers, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) representatives.
- Oversee staff engineers, review technical reports, and audit construction inspection logs for compliance with contract standards and FAA regulations.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an ABET-accredited university 3–5 years of civil engineering experience in land development, site design, or aviation infrastructure.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or an active path to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
- Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D and related civil design software.
- Practical knowledge of FAA design standards, grading, drainage, and pavement design.
- Excellent project management, multi-tasking, and written/verbal communication skills.
