CNC Machinist - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00316

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits

A premier ISO/AS-certified manufacturing leader in Cleveland to find a dedicated CNC Machinist who has experience working in the forge and machine shop industry. This is a high-growth opportunity for a machinist to work with high-performance materials like Inconel, Stainless Steel, and Nickel used in military and aerospace industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Run production on Haas CNC Lathes, Haas Mini Mills, Ecoca, and Okuma LH.
• Quality Inspection: Verify parts against work instructions using precision tools (Micrometers, Calipers, and Tape Measures ).
• Production Support: Load and adjust CNC programs; troubleshoot equipment issues and report to the Production Manager.
• Documentation: Maintain shift continuity by documenting irregularities and equipment status.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in efforts to drive shop efficiency and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of CNC operation and G-Code (Haas/Fanuc).
• Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Mathematical Aptitude: Strong basic math skills for precision measurements.
• Soft Skills: A self-starter with a "Team-First " attitude who welcomes constructive feedback.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to navigate a busy shop environment and handle physical tasks as assigned.
