• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Off-Shifts (2nd/3rd): Four (4) 10-hour days per week with flexible start times   between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM

• Setup & Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate vertical and horizontal CNC mills to produce precision parts within tight tolerances ($pm .001$).
• G/M Code Editing: Read, interpret, and edit CNC programs and G/M Code directly at the controls.
• Machining Operations: Perform turning, boring, threading, facing, grinding, drilling, and tapering operations on round bars.
• Tooling & Setup: Set up 4-jaw chucks, perform tool grinding, and select appropriate tooling based on material specs and desired surface finishes.
• Quality Inspection: Interpret blueprints and technical documentation; use micrometers, calipers, and tape measures to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process or machining issues; perform basic scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Material Handling & Safety: Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment safely while following all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or a CNC Machinist Training Certificate/Diploma.
• Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience setting up and operating vertical and horizontal CNC mills.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in reading and editing G/M Code.
• Solid shop math skills (working with fractions and decimals).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for 10- hour shifts.
