CNC Milling Machine Operator - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 26-00048

Pay Range: $28.00 - $38.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Assemble tooling and fixtures necessary for machining operations.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance on milling machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions of machined parts.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards.
• Safely operate forklifts for material handling as needed within the factory environment.

Skills

• Proficient in operating CNC milling machines with knowledge of Fanuc controls preferred.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, including tooling, assembly, and quality control practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Familiarity with factory environments and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
