About this Opportunity

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a premier engineering firm in Cleveland, Ohio to hire an experienced Senior Electrical Instrumentation Engineer. In this role, you will lead complex engineering projects, ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget, and serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned engineering projects from initial problem analysis through design and final implementation.
• Maintain strict project oversight to deliver technical solutions on schedule and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Onboard and train team members on departmental procedures and company standards.
• Perform complex engineering calculations, short-circuit analyses, and system designs.
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required; Master of Science (MSEE) is a plus.
• Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio, Indiana, or Illinois strongly preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of proven electrical and instrumentation engineering experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Low and medium voltage power distribution system design and substation design.
  • Grounding, lightning protection, and electrical heat trace design.
  • Conduit, cable tray, and underground duct bank layouts.
  • Instrument selection, control valve sizing, and primary element sizing.
  • Preparation of wiring diagrams, schematics, loop diagrams, and location plans.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software (e.g., SKM, heat trace software).
