Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a leading Cleveland-area manufacturing firm to hire a motivated Entry-Level / Junior Centerless Grinder.
This is a premier paid training opportunity. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn a specialized trade, our client will provide full, on-site, hands-on training to teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled machinist.

Shift & Schedule

• 1st Shift / Day Shift
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible Shift Lengths: 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts available
• Overtime and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Learn to safely set up, adjust, and independently operate centerless grinding machines.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict precision tolerances and customer specifications.
• Learn to use and read precision gauging tools, micrometers, and calipers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, including the machine and surrounding floor area.
• Learn to identify material needs, troubleshoot basic machining issues, and collaborate with senior machinists when advanced help is required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or graduate of a Machinist/Vocational Training program.
• Strong mechanical inclination and the ability to retain and apply technical, hands-on instruction.
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
• Strong attendance record and a dependable work ethic.
