Human Resources Administrator - Brewster, Ohio - JOB 25-01689

Pay Rate: $20.00/HR Part-Time to Possible Full-Time

Part-Time Hours: 24 a week on average.

A Manufacturing Company located near Brewster, OH area seeks a Human Resources Administrator for who can provide administrative support to all areas of the company to include: Management, Human Resources, Recruitment, Onboarding, Updating Job Descriptions, Job Posting, Arranging Interviews, Payroll, OSHA Recordkeeping, Handles Employee Issues, Verifies Employee Attendance, and more!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on experience working in a Manufacturing / Business environment as an Administrator.
• Candidates must be able to supply Administrative Support to all areas
• Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Capable of learning the recruitment process for labor positions and onboarding personnel.
• Maintains employee files, hours worked, vacation time, regulatory training / safety records, employee records and terminations.
• Creates new and edits existing job descriptions to be posted on the internet and for Company records.
• Maintains the accuracy of the Safety Data Sheet utilizing online software.
• Capable of inventory and ordering office supplies.
• Ability to 'Run Payroll' would be a PLUS!
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher)

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
