HVAC Project Manager - Canton, Ohio - JOB 25-01576

Salary Range: $60k - $85k Permanent Position with Benefits

Canton, Ohio area Engineering Firm seeks an experienced HVAC Project Manager who is capable of submitting mechanical estimates based on plans and specifications through design and identification of resources required for installation, retrofit and repair assignments.

REQUIRMENTS:

• Hands-on HVAC Estimating or HVAC Installation experience.
• Strong Mechanical / HVAC system knowledge for heating, cooling, air distribution, building automation, and refrigeration.
• Experience with CAD and BIM.
• Ability to perform site surveys and equipment evaluations to create proposals.
• Review plans and specifications, work with the purchasing department to compile and create material takeoff estimates for HVAC systems including material, labor and other costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to compile equipment and subcontract costs
• Create proposals to be submitted for approval and provide the project management to complete the job on time and within budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software: Excel and Outlook.
