About This Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is assisting a Cleveland, Ohio area Manufacturing Firm that is seeking to hire an experienced 2 nd Shift Material Handler / Tow Motor Operator who will be responsible for moving materials at the facility to machinery and warehouse locations.

Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Overnight / 2nd Shift window). Candidates must be open to overtime and weekend shifts as production demands require.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a tow motor and forklift to move, store, and stack raw materials and finished goods.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound freight delivery trucks; verify and process incoming shipments as needed.
• Supply machinery and production lines with necessary materials to eliminate downtime; package finished parts for inventory.
• Utilize digital tablets, handheld barcode scanners, and internal ERP system tools to track product locations and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor; operate the facility wash line equipment during off-motor intervals.
• Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance needs; strictly adhere to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OSHA safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a Forklift or Tow Motor.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational school training in electrical principles and mechanical troubleshooting is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with digital inventory systems, barcode readers, and basic tablet interfaces.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, solid situational problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under tight production deadlines.
