Plant Manager - Canton, Ohio - JOB 25-01659

Salary Range: $70K - $110K Permanent Position with Benefits

Canton, Ohio manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Plant Manager / Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of a manufacturing plant's operations to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School graduate, Associate or Bachelor Degree in management or engineering is preferred
• $70k to $110K per year plus up to 20% yearly bonus paid quarterly
• 5+ years as a Shop Foreman, Plant Manager or Shop Manager preferably for an OEM machine manufacturer
• Key responsibilities include; developing production schedules, managing budgets, enforcing safety and quality control policies, and leading staff through hiring, training, and motivation.
• This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills to meet production goals, manage costs, and comply with regulations.
• Organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and the internal departments.
• Preferred background with automated machinery ideally to include: rubber processing equipment including mixing, calendaring and extruding equipment. Process equipment includes: weighing and feeding and upstream and downstream equipment for mixing, calendaring and extruding.
