About This Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is assisting a Canton, Ohio area Manufacturing Company that seeks to hire an experienced Process Development Engineer. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a project team in collaboration with architects, and engineers to develop high-performance building enclosures.
Responsibilities
- Draft, evaluate, and refine manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, reduce production costs, and enforce high safety and quality standards.
- Build operational models utilizing 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles; evaluate plant ergonomics to minimize waste and streamline workflows.
- Troubleshoot process inefficiencies, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuously monitor metrics to drive ongoing improvements.
- Track, improve, and present overall Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through optimized operational dashboards.
- Perform risk management assessments, propose actionable solutions, and assist with creating and maintaining QA/QC manuals.
- Develop standardized operating instructions and technical documentation to ensure consistent product build quality within specification.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in process development, manufacturing engineering, or industrial process improvement.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with project management and CAD/BIM design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Monday.com (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and architectural blueprints; understanding of cradle-to-grave manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, meet tight deadlines, and adhere strictly to quality specs.
- Strong interpersonal communication, a collaborative team-first mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety and reliability.
