About this Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is hiring a licensed Project Architect for an established Cleveland A&E firm to lead commercial, residential, and senior living projects from schematic design through construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Advance drawings from schematics to full construction documents under a Senior Project Manager.
- Direct and mentor architectural interns on drafting and detailing.
- Lead coordination with clients, consultants (MEP/structural/civil), and contractors.
- Manage construction administration: site visits, submittals, RFIs, and project meetings.
- Prepare graphic presentation materials and ensure adherence to internal CAD/BIM standards.
Requirements
- NAAB-accredited Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture; active Registered Architect (RA) license.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, residential, or senior living sectors.
- High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong command of building systems, CSI specifications, accessibility (ADA), and building codes.
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and communication skills.
