About This Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services is seeking an experienced Civil Site Development Project Manager on behalf of a premier engineering firm in Columbus, Ohio. This role provides technical leadership and end-to-end client management for master planning, feasibility studies, utilities, storm water management, and construction-phase services.
Responsibilities
- Project & Team Leadership: Direct multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants; mentor junior associates and manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, report variances, and execute mitigation strategies to keep deliverables on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Technical Oversight: Direct site evaluation, storm water design, utility planning, and the production of detailed construction documents adhering to QA/QC standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders; lead public and agency presentations.
- Business Development: Author client proposals and scopes of work, identify new project opportunities, and represent the firm at industry conferences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE), AICP, or equivalent professional credential.
- Experience: 8+ years of civil site development experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with CAD design platforms (e.g., Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office Suite.
