About the Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a premier manufacturing firm in the
Canton, Ohio area to hire an experienced, detail-oriented Quality Assurance
Technician who will ensure all fabricated metal products and materials meet strict
company and customer specifications.

Responsibilities
 Inspection & Testing: Conduct daily inspections of incoming materials, in-
process fabrication, and finished products using precision tools.
 First Article Inspections: Perform comprehensive First Article Inspections (FAI)
and accurately document findings in First Article Reports.
 Equipment Calibration: Calibrate precision inspection equipment and
meticulously maintain all records within a Gage pack database.
 Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical
specifications to verify part conformance.
 Specialized Inspections: Perform 100% inspection and detailed adjustments on
specific product lots as dictated by customer requirements.
 Data Management: Utilize CAD software to input parameters into inspection
software and maintain strict quality control records.

Requirements
 Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
 Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of dedicated experience as a Quality
Technician in a manufacturing environment.
 Technical Skills: Proficient with CAD software to enter inspection parameters.

 Tool Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing inspection tools (calipers, height
gages, micrometers, CMM, and surface plate inspection techniques).
 Blueprint Literacy: Strong ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints
and technical specs.
 Soft Skills: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well
as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
