Shipping Clerk - Canton, OH - JOB 26-00685

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits
1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm (M-F)

An experienced Shipping Clerk to join a premier manufacturing firm in the Canton, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience using industry-standard shipping platforms like UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager software.

Responsibilities

• Verify, package, and prepare customer orders accurately according to detailed work orders.
• Sort, label, and place finished products on shelves and in bins according to a predetermined organizational sequence.
• Utilize computers, UPS meters, FedEx software programs, and specialized manufacturing equipment to process outbound shipments.
• Assemble products as needed prior to packaging and shipment.
• Operate lift trucks as required to move, load, and stack materials safely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent/higher level of education.
• Strong computer literacy; preference given to candidates with UPS WorldShip and/or FedEx shipping software experience.
• Solid verbal, written, and documentation skills to ensure accuracy across shipping manifests and team handoffs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
