About This Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to join a premier manufacturing firm in the Canton, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience using industry-standard shipping platforms like UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager software.
Responsibilities
- Order Verification & Preparation: Verify, package, and prepare customer orders accurately according to detailed work orders.
- Inventory Management: Sort, label, and place finished products on shelves and in bins according to a predetermined organizational sequence.
- Shipping Software Operation: Utilize computers, UPS meters, FedEx software programs, and specialized manufacturing equipment to process outbound shipments.
- Light Assembly: Assemble products as needed prior to packaging and shipment.
- Forklift Operation: Operate lift trucks as required to move, load, and stack materials safely.
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent/higher level of education.
- Technical Experience: Strong computer literacy; preference given to candidates with UPS WorldShip and/or FedEx shipping software experience.
- Communication Skills: Solid verbal, written, and documentation skills to ensure accuracy across shipping manifests and team handoffs.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
