Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a progressive, high-growth Warren, Ohio area Manufacturing Firm to find a skilled Overhead Crane Operator who can safely load and unload heavy materials and finished steel products to and from various types of transport vehicles.
Description
As an Overhead Crane Operator, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibility will be safely and efficiently loading and unloading heavy materials,
Responsibilities
- Crane Operation: Safely operate overhead cranes to move, stack, and load/unload heavy steel products and raw materials.
- Logistics & Material Handling: Load and unload flatbeds, trucks, and processing lines efficiently to maintain production flow.
- Forklift Operation: Utilize industrial forklifts to support material movement throughout the warehouse and manufacturing floor.
- Equipment Efficiency: Operate processing equipment safely while maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials during movement to ensure product quality and prevent damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA guidelines, plant safety protocols, and proper rigging procedures.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience operating overhead cranes within the steel or heavy manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Equipment Skills: Proven experience with overhead cranes and industrial forklift operation.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various types of steel (cold-rolled, hot- rolled, galvanized, etc.) is a plus.

- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, stand for extended periods, and handle heavy industrial materials.
