About This Opportunity

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is assisting a Cleveland, Ohio area Engineering Firm that seeks to hire a Vice President of Sales spearheading the sales strategy across commercial physical security products to include access control, video surveillance and integration.

Responsibilities

* Drive high-margin project installs and recurring monthly revenue (RMR) across Enterprise and MAC accounts.

* Hire, coach, and hold a high-performing B2B sales team accountable using clear metrics, weekly meetings.

* Maintain 3x quota pipeline coverage and accurate forecasting within ConnectWise CRM.

* Direct strategic pursuits in compliance-heavy verticals (Healthcare, Banking, Data Centers, Manufacturing).

* Oversee margin-protected proposal workflows with Operations and implement a structured Quarterly Business Review (QBR) cadence for key accounts.

Requirements

* 5+ years of B2B sales leadership in physical security, low-voltage systems integration, or managed services.

* Solid understanding of commercial video surveillance, access control systems, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2).

* Experience operating within EOS® or a structured metric-driven framework; proficient in CRM pipeline tracking (ConnectWise preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

* $150,000 Base Salary + $100,000+ commission
