About This CNC Operator Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a leading manufacturing firm in Twinsburg, Ohio to hire a skilled 3rd Shift CNC Operator. In this role, you will produce high-quality machined parts by operating CNC machinery to cut, shape, and form metal and alternative workpieces according to precise customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint Reading & Setup: Interpret complex engineering drawings, program sheets, and process instructions to determine the exact sequence of machining operations.
• CNC Machine Operation: Run diversified operations on numerical control machining centers, performing milling, drilling, boring, and related tasks to close tolerances.
• Control Manipulation: Input commands, adjust controls, and index cutting tools to specified set points to initiate production.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Monitor machine operations by sight and sound to detect worn tools or malfunctions. Perform routine inspections and gauging to ensure parts conform to strict quality standards.
• Troubleshooting: Use override controls to correct out-of-tolerance conditions and immediately notify supervisors of any unresolved discrepancies.
• Material Versatility: Machine metals as well as alternative materials, including plastics, composites, and rubber.
• Preventative Maintenance: Keep machines, tooling, and finished parts clean; perform routine daily machine maintenance.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or skilled trade certificate.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, understand visual/verbal directives, and apply basic shop math.
• Software: Prior experience or familiarity with Odyssey manufacturing software is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a track record of excellent attendance.
• Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
  • Capability to frequently lift/carry up to 15 lbs, and occasionally up to 45 lbs.
