Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical-Mechanical Assembly Technician for a premier manufacturing facility located in the Stow,
Ohio area. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electrical and mechanical components and sub-assemblies using blueprints, technical specifications, and
precision hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Build, position, and align complex electrical and mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to blueprint specifications and templates.
• Blueprint & Schematic Reading: Review assembly instructions, mechanical drawings, wire schematics, and bill of materials (BOM) to plan layout and execution.
• Tool & Equipment Operation: Utilize sheet metal tools, precision hand tools (wire cutters, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches), and measuring devices to properly fasten and fit parts.
• Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Inspect electrical connections and mechanical fits for accuracy. Resolve assembly discrepancies by adjusting dimensions to meet strict tolerances or escalating complex issues to supervisors.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on tools and assembly equipment; troubleshoot basic operational malfunctions and request repairs as needed.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in full compliance with OSHA guidelines and company procedures.
• Resource Conservation: Optimally utilize materials, parts, and equipment to minimize waste and ensure cost-effective production.
• Team Collaboration: Support cross-functional production team goals by executing assigned assembly tasks and adapting to changing production priorities.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, machining, welding, or industrial manufacturing.
• Blueprints & Measurement: Proven ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints and schematic drawings; proficient in using tape measures and fine precision measurement tools (down to 1/32 " and 1/64 " increments).
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication equipment and hand tools designed for wiring and electrical controls.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour shift, with frequent bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Communication: Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension skills to read  production documents and safety manuals.
