About the Opportunity

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing leader in the Mentor, Ohio area that seeks experienced Plastic Profile Extrusion Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

* Machine Operation: Manage the full extrusion process, transforming raw materials into high-quality finished profile goods.
* Technical Setup: Perform complete setup and breakdown of extrusion dies and auxiliary equipment.
* Maintenance: Clean and maintain tooling and extrusion die equipment to ensure peak performance.
* Quality Control: Utilize dial calipers and precision measuring instruments to maintain strict tolerances.
* Specialized Production: Extrude complex hollow shapes using pins or mandrels.
* Material Handling: Safely operate a tow motor/forklift to move materials throughout the facility.

Requirements

* Education: High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational/Technical Schooling.
* Must have Plastic Profile Extrusion experience. (Please note: Sheet, film, or tube extrusion experience is not applicable for this role).
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the extrusion lifecycle and hollow-section forming.
* Tools: Proven experience using precision dial calipers measurement tools.
* Certifications: Tow motor/forklift experience is required.
* Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
