Cold Header Set Up/Operator - Cleveland, OH - Job 26-00466

Pay Range: $29.00 - $33.00/HR Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits

Shift: Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm

Setup and operate Boltmakers and/or Cold Headers, reporting to the Header Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Cold Header operations, metal properties, and blueprint reading.
• Perform daily setups and operations of one or more machines.
• Read blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications.
• Locate, install, and adjust tooling; tear down setups upon job completion.
• Use gages and measuring instruments to ensure first-piece and ongoing production conformance; record results in inspection logs.

Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
