About the Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a leading manufacturing firm in the Twinsburg, Ohio area to recruit an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician. This critical role is centered on installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex plant equipment, with a heavy emphasis on PLC automation and machinery maintenance.
Operating within a dynamic foundry environment, you will serve as the primary line of defense against production downtime by ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems are running at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Electrical System Support: Diagnose, wire, and repair industrial electrical frameworks ranging from low-voltage electronics (5V DC) up to heavy industrial circuits (480V AC, 3-phase systems).
• Automation & PLC Troubleshooting: Use RSLogix 5 and RSLogix 500 software to connect online, interpret ladder logic, and isolate machine faults efficiently.
• Fluid Power Maintenance: Diagnose, rebuild, and maintain heavy-duty hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, valves, cylinders, and pumps.
• Facility Maintenance: Direct general preventative maintenance and repairs across the foundry floor, including targeted industrial plumbing and infrastructure upkeep.
• Robotics Integration Support: Monitor and assist with automated production machinery, interfacing with ABB, Motoman, and Rimrock robotic cells when needed.

Requirements

• Electrical Expertise: Proven mastery of electrical troubleshooting from 5V DC control loops up to 480V AC 3-phase machinery.
• Software & PLCs: Hands-on capability to utilize RS5 and RS500 logics for active online system diagnostics and PC-driven equipment troubleshooting.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Deep understanding of fluid power design (hydraulics/pneumatics) and standard commercial plumbing.
• Industry Experience: Direct maintenance experience within a die casting or foundational heavy-industrial foundry setting is highly preferred.
• Scheduling Flexibility: Must be motivated and available to work overtime hours and weekends as required to protect plant production quotas.
