Maintenance Technician - Wooster, OH - JOB 26-00249

Pay Range: $27.00 - $40.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits.

A premier manufacturing facility in Wooster, Ohio, to hire Maintenance Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shift. We are seeking a well-rounded professional with strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, and industrial controls.

4 ten hour days
2nd shift 2:30pm-1am
3rd shift 10pm-8:30am

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and repairs on diverse manufacturing machinery.
• Systems Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair high-tech automated equipment, including fillers, case packers, and palletizers.
• Utilities Maintenance: Maintain critical building systems, including process systems, ammonia refrigeration, high-pressure boilers, and air compressors.
• Electrical & Controls: Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic tools to resolve complex electrical and control-related issues.

Qualifications:

• High School, GED, Vocational or Technical School Training and / or Higher Level of Education
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment. (Electrical/Mechanical/PLC).
• Able to read and understand blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams
• Experienced using Electrical and Mechanical Test Equipment
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration or high-pressure boilers is a significant plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in an automated environment.
