Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing daily preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the uninterrupted operation of all industrial machinery, automated equipment, and facility building systems.

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:30PM - 11PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Equipment Diagnostics: Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure the safe, continuous operation of all machinery.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine PM schedules on conveyors, automated material handling equipment, and mechanical systems.
• Work Order Management: Execute and log assigned tasks in a timely manner utilizing the facility's CMMS / work order system.
• Facilities Support: Maintain the functionality and serviceability of restrooms, break rooms, and communal areas.
• Grounds & Safety Control: Preserve the interior and exterior appearance of the property, including winter snow and ice management at building entrances.
• Team Collaboration: Work productively both independently and alongside team members depending on operational needs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Technical Vocational School training.
• Proven experience troubleshooting conveyors or industrial material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with work order software (CMMS) is highly preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors briefly for seasonal property maintenance.
