About This Manual Machinist Opportunity
Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a premier manufacturing firm in Twinsburg, Ohio to hire a skilled Manual Machinist. This is a permanent, full-time role for a detail-oriented professional looking to expand their skills in a fast-paced job shop environment. You will be responsible for setting up and operating manual horizontal boring mills, VTLs, and lathes to manufacture high-quality parts.
Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual control machines (including manual horizontal boring mills, VTLs, and lathes) based on specific part configurations.
• Interpret and follow mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, or original components to manufacture precision parts.
• Perform necessary calculations and precise cuts to ensure all finished work meets strict quality standards, instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Perform regular cleaning and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment while strictly complying with industry safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience or formal training operating manual machining equipment (lathes, mills, VTLs).
• Strong ability to read mechanical blueprints and perform the mathematical calculations required for precise machining.
• Exceptional analytical skills, mechanical aptitude, and a sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and efficiently complete projects within a fast-paced job shop environment.
• A desire to continuously improve and increase technical skills during employment.
