Plant Manager / Steel Manufacturing - Warren, Ohio - JOB 26-00153

Salary Range: $75k - $105k Permanent Position with Benefits

Warren, Ohio area Steel Manufacturing Firm seeks to hire an experienced Plant Manager who will oversee daily manufacturing operations, production planning, workforce leadership, and safety compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in Plant Management within manufacturing or steel processing
• Strong background in Operations Management & Production Planning
• Deep understanding of Lean Principles and 5S methodology
• Demonstrated leadership in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Lead all plant operations, production scheduling, and workforce management
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S methodology
• Improve KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost
• Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and manufacturing safety standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize plant performance
