Press Operator - Canton, OH - JOB 26-00053

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

First Shift Monday through Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM

A well-established hand tool manufacturer located in Canton is seeking a Press Operator. The Press Operator's responsibilities are to review set up sheets and specifications to determine set up procedure and dimensions of finished piece. Attaches tooling to machine bed and programs "stops” in machine. Measures work pieces for conformance to specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED requires
• Must have 1 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have good math skills
• Must be dependable and self-motivating
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be able lift up to 50lbs
• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation
• Mobility requirements: bending, kneeling, standing, walking, reaching)

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
