Shipping Coordinator / Warehouse Assembler - Cleveland, OH - Job 26-00149

Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits
Shift: 6:30am - 3pm Monday – Friday

The Shipping & Warehouse Assembler is responsible for staging, packing, and shipping parts, coordinating freight pickups, and maintaining inventory. This role involves operating a tow motor and overhead crane, working with freight carriers, and supporting assembly operations as needed. Strong communication and mechanical skills are important for working with shop and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:
• Stage, pack, and prepare parts for shipment
• Coordinate freight pickups based on sales orders
• Stock and maintain inventory and warehouse areas
• Operate tow motor and overhead crane
• Support assembly activities as needed
• Maintain tools and follow safety procedures

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of fabrication, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow drawings or work instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
