Shop Supervisor - Mentor, OH - JOB 26-00100

Salary Range: $70k - $85k Permanent Position with Benefits

Mentor, Ohio area Company is hiring a Shop Supervisor for metal fabrication & welding shop with 10+ years' experience in supervision and management.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management
• Knowledge and 10+ years' experience with industrial metal fabrication and welding
• Oversee daily operations, including production, staff, safety, and quality control
• Manage welders and fabricators, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Set production goals, oversee production output and quality standards
• Address fabrication issues and resolve conflicts with drawings or procedures
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, blueprint reading, and quality control

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
